Morphy Contract acknowledges that cleaning student accommodation requires a special touch. Working around the academic calendar we deliver specific service for student accommodation. Irrespective of how the property has been left, we offer a number of services including deep cleaning, oven and hob cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning and remove any rubbish from the property.

We pride ourselves on our friendly, hard-working staff, and our rigorous vetting procedure ensures we only select the most trustworthy cleaners possible. All our cleaners are put through our comprehensive training programme to ensure the best possible standard of cleaning is provided.

We have a group of staff for the student accommodation turn-around cleans. We can clean a number of properties to a very high standard in a short turn-around period. Realising that the properties mainly need cleaning between the end of June and the beginning of academic year we have resources available to clean from smaller 50 bedroom properties right up to a larger 1,000 En-suite and communal areas.
