We rely on the time and effort put in by our staff. This is why we are committed to providing quality training within the first six months, to ensure that all members of staff have received adequate training to put them in a suitable place to provide the best quality of services.

All our carers go through rigorous checks during the recruitment process, to ensure that they hold the relevant qualifications which make them competent workers. In addition, we intend to provide fair pay to all members of staff, not only for the work put in but to ensure that they remain committed at all times.

As a team we strive to work in a partnership with others, recognizing strengths and promoting the needs, interests and self development of vulnerable people.

We carry out regular spot checks to monitor carers, and also to ensure compliance.

All healthcare staff are required to achieve enhanced DBS clearance and will need to register with the Independent Safeguarding Authority for Vetting and Barring.
